Anyone know about good outdoor surveillance cameras?

I need something for my in-laws as their cars were vandalized recently while they were on vacation. They want something to monitor their driveway and work on motion detection. It will basically be watching their cars and two prized Harleys.

I want to hook it up to their computer via a Wintv card, capture and possibly remote web access.

I have seen some recommendations about getting a camera with a Sony Exview chip but that is about all I could find.

Do you have any recommends on a specific camera and software? What to look out for?

We used this vendor at work: 123cctv We chose the Sony 1/3" CCD cameras listed under the "Exterior" tab. And the service was A+. They even replaced a camera we broke during installation. I can send you a copy of some vids of you're curious on picture quality. Just shoot me a PM.
