Anyone know a site that has normal day to day diet plans, for weight management, not weight loss?

I've lost tons of weight but I've failed to put a "normal diet" in place due to the fact that I've never had one! I'm either dieting or eating like sh*t, which works for now weight wise but I'm getting tired of the feast and gorge life style, to much effort involved.

I workout EVERY DAY simply because I have to much time on my hands and like being active.

Anyone have any diet tips/weblinks for the types of foods I should include in my diet? I'm thinking higher in complex carbs and lower in fats and pure sugars for the large amount of physical activity.

I've tried high protein but this diet is crap for endurance and energy, I do drink a myoplex in the morning though.

Any help would be great!

Don't know any sites, but you could always just do what I do: read labels. Stay away from stuff with large amounts of saturated fat. And if your cholesterol's high, stay away from enriched white breads and pastas when possible.

Fruits and vegetables are your friends, though.

Edit: Oh yeah, and stay away from all soft drinks, and even juice most of the time. Better to eat your calories than drink them. If you do drink juice, at least go for 100% juice...but it's still gonna be loaded with sugar. Oh, and dried fruits are pretty sugary, too. So are many cereals.
