Anyone know a place for a free Razr with new line?

Well, I own (and mod) Razrs, and lately my sister wanted to get one. She always turns to me to help her get stuff. I am wondering if there are any places that will let me add a line to my plan, and get a free Razr? I'd settle for Silver, but if they have Pink, my sister would love that...

I have T-Mobile BTW

i doubt it. maybe starting a single line contract. adding a line? you'd be lucky to get ANY phone at all.

I can head down to a cell shop in the mall, get a Pink Razr, Headset, get it unlocked, no activation and blah blah blah, but I don't want contract, just add her to my plan

Edit:
I don't see why somewhere wouldn't, when you add someone, you extend the contract out 1 year, so it is basically the same..
