I see a lot of people drifting their electrics, its soooo awesome looking. I have an old cheapy HPI and lookin to get something better. This eay looks like it has everything i need and way more. Do you guys think its a good deal?

I havent done it yet but from what understand is you make tires for your rc car or truck out of pvc pipe and it all of a sudden becomes a drifter.

I have an OFNA LD3 (IIRC) that I paid $289 for. It is AWD, has a two speed transmission and it will do over 40mph. Trouble is there aren't many places smooth enough to run it. My Brother-In-Law crashed it into a curb a few months ago and damaged the hell out of the exhaust though. I haven't fixed it yet.

I suppose a hard compound tire would make this car a good drifter. It is fast as hell but noisy too. Nitro engined cars/trucks are dirty, smelly and loud. It's fun painting the bodies though. 😀
