Porto Rico Importing is where I used to buy almost all my coffee from. They're supposed to be pretty good for Tea too.

I usually buy my tea loose from Whole Foods, but I have heard good things about Adagio. Actually, I think I got a free sample from them via a SlickDeals link, and it was pretty good (gunpowder black tea, if i remember correctly).
