Anyone know a good place for Light/Small batteries

I'm looking for a light rechargeable battery (maximum 20g) in the voltage range 2.4v-3v and at least 300 mAH. I dont mind using two or more batteries as long as the weight doesn't exceed 20g.

The best I could find was the AP-350 AAH which is 1/3 AA 1.2V at about 8g here. This one's an NiMH battery. Are there Li-Ion's or Li-Polymer's which I can get with a better capacity or lower weight?
