Anyone know a good O/Cing tutorial for a beginner?

i'm planning on getting an athlon 2500+ barton and o/cing it to perform similar to a 3200+ (from what i hear this is what i can do and should do), but the problem stands that i have no idea how to o/c! i know this sounds pathetic, but does anyone know any good tutorial sites/programs/articles or anything that i could use just to do this task?? remember i haven't had any experience with o/cing before, so information that leaves a lot of "basics" behind would be of no use also. thanks for your time.
