Anyone know a good midi editor?

I need to conver this midi song to put on my panasonic phone. I need something that will make the midi file monophonic and format0. I found a prog that changes formats, but have tried about 10 midi editors and haven't been able to get any to make it monophonic. Anyone know what prog can do this?
 
Cakewalk has been the flagship for that sort of thing for over 15 years. Midisoft also has some programs that do that.
