Anyone keep their motorcycle in the house?

I just moved into a new house, sans garage.

I kept my bike locked in the shed for a few weeks but couldn't stand the thought of my beloved monster collecting spider webs and other vapid creatures crawling over it.

Yesterday a work buddy of mine came over and told me I was insane, that i should move it into the house.

Well, a $100 ramp and 2 hours of cleaning and preping later i got it in.

There she sits...

A Ducati in the Dining Room.

Yeah haha. last night my buddie was getting high and he said we should start it up...sure bro.

I just took some pics. I'll have to get em up soon.

Until I got remarried, my Sporty was always parked inside the dwelling where I lived. Usually the livingroom or even sometimes in the bedroom.

Now she sits in the garage.

My bro's friends/roommates are circuit racers and so they keep their Honda's in their apts in the living room.

i dont think i will be able to park my gs500 in my apt, even if it means i get it up to the 3rd floor. Therefore my bike stays in the open garage with it parked in front of the car.

The new place in sacramento that i am moving to (for school) i should be able to but I dont think i would. I got a motorcycle cover so now i can park it with the cover on top and the bike will stay safe (I hope).
