Anyone interested in sharing a dedicated linux server?

I'm getting a dedicated fully managed server for some special requirements I have for a site. But I'm sure I won't use all the bandwidth and space. If someone here is interested in sharing the costs ($275/month) for their site or reseller business let me know.

I may also consider single (non-reseller) accounts.

P4 2.8GHZ
1GB RAM
two 80GB hard drives (Western Digital 8MB cache)
cPanel/Webhost Manager
300 GB bandwidth
8 IPs
Full Server Management
300GB bandwidth
Major LA Datacenter
cPanel, WHM, PHPsuexec, MySQL, Fantastico, ClamAV

Which dedicated provider and data center?

How much for a resellers account?

You are aware that DirectAdmin > cPanel, right?

It's $275/mo total, so that cost would be split between all the partners.

It's an HTTPME dedicated at their LA datacenter.

My special requirements are phpsuexec, and some custom image manip software, and email antivirus

The cost would depend on how many sites you would be hostings, how much traffic/space etc.

I have a reocurring merchant billing account, so I would pay for the server every month and I could bill the partners automatically monthly.

HTTPme.COM is one of the best web hosts I have ever used.

Couldn't you get similar specs but 4x the bandwidth transfer (1200GB) for half the price at servermatrix? Also, ThePlanet (owners of servermatrix but theplanet is less hands on) offers pretty good servers for cheap. I don't know much about EV1 these days though.

If you have any suggestions for fully managed servers let me know. I haven't found a company with the support level of HTTPMe though, which is crucial when you are running client sites.

Server matrix would be MORE expensive than HTTPMe with the same level or support. Their Titanium support is $200/mo
