I did at one point. Worst customer service experience EVER. I don't care how much they cost, I'd never, ever use them again. I tried several times on thier website to add a car to my policy, then called them several times, and then sent them an email saying "I'm not paying my bill until you add this car to my policy". They cancelled my policy for non payment. I can't imagine what would have happened had I actually tried to make a claim.
