Mine is open for the intrusion in PC Alert3

You can put a switch in the case to show when the case is open. If you do not have a switch in the case it will always show "Open".

This is to monitor case intrusion ie. to monitor if anyone has opened your case (eg, kids, theives etc...).

heng1028,it means if you do not have a switch like most people do not have installed in there case for intrusion detection, then it will say open which is normal so don`t worry about it.
