The wind is blowing like crazy up here near the border. Supposed to have gusts up to 75mph. Not hurricane force my any means but the sustained winds are supposed to be 30-40mph. Hopefully I have some candles handy. On top of that, it's supposed to rain like hell soon. Oh noes.

I'm in Victoria, not really that windy here at all. Must be further south only.

They're probably on their way as the winds are coming from the South. Not sure, but does the Fraser Valley block the winds..

The Fraser Valley has it's own jet stream. Much of the wind that hits here in Bellingham gets directed through there. Canadians..sheesh
