Picasa Albulms has went live. It seems it is invite only. I figured some lucky AT'rs had some invites to get rid of.

(yes I'd love one)

Cut & paste or drag & drop works, but clicking on it does not.

well shiat, i just paid for a flickr pro account.. and uploaded about 80% of my pictures (gotta wait till next month, reached limit). altho, i'd like to use it myself before ditching flickr... it does have such a nice userbase as well as flickr leech, which I love.

i'm disappointed w/ the test so far. yes, I know it's a test... but
1) can't delete names I create for the addresss (or I just haven't looked hard enough)
2) currently a 6GB limit on the paid account... too small to use it for archiving my pictures and as a backup.
3) no sub folders/albums. a huge thing about picasa in general I don't like.
4) keywords are not transfered.. at least so far. like how flickr treats ITPC keywords as tags.
5) did I miss searching?

things I like
1) use w/ picasa (minus the whole sub folders thing)
2) overall layout/browsing

Sticking with flickr for now... I'm curious as to what yahoo photo's is all about... why not just use flickr.
