I'm less than 2 miles from the epicenter and I definitely felt both of them. 4.3 isn't all that bad though ... and least not after the Northridge quake.
you know ,i realy dont have any idea what an earthquake feel`s like ,i live in MI, does every thing move back and forth or is it like when 1 of those car`s, with the big speaker`s go`es buy
last time I felt the quake it last only a couple seconds and oh man it gives me motion sickness where I would wanna throw-up. Does any of you guys get that?
kat22, I've never been in one, I live in Illinois, but it looks like in the severe ones at least everything shakes back in forth (if you ever see those stupid yet addictive disaster shows on FOX).
It's funny how some places shake and others don't.
My son was in a movie theater less than a mile from here(SaMo) and felt nothing. I jumped scared and didn't want to go back in the house. (Our place is less than a hundred yards from a major fault.)
I got traumatized in 94, I felt powerless. Now everytime someone closes a heavy door I jump.
Besides the one in El Salvador there was a 6.4 in Alaska earlier in the week. It's time to renew my kit. Soon!!
