Anyone in here with experience in putting models into Valve's Hammer program?

I need someone's help inputting a model into Hammer. I can't quite seem to figure out .qc files and the like, so I was wondering if I could get some help me (i.e. someone do it for me) put a model into a game. I have an .eps file that I'd like to simply model and throw into Hammer so I can use it. I figure someone with experience could do it within 20 minutes, and I'd be willing to paypal $5 (not much, but I don't have much) to whomever could help. I could even probably model the .eps file myself if you could tell me what format you need it in (possibly an .smd I assume).
