i have the first two seasons and the movie but I havn't been able to find season 4 episodes anywhere 🙁

Season 4: eps 1 and 2 were released 2 months ago. 3,4 were just aired. i'd assume Aone will release it eventually. if you are really dying, read the manga. /server -m irc.irchighway.net -j #mangareaders

I have watched it before.. its pretty sweet. Do you guys know where I could get like the whole set for a good price. I tried ebay but they all have japanese dialogue. I dont feel like paying 15 bucks for each dvd, and figured someone here would know of a better deal on the english verisons. THANKS
 
I played the game at an arcade in canada. One of the best racing games I have played next to rush in the arcade.

I watched all of Initial D, and it is definitely worth watching from episode 1 to the last episode. Good story line and the drifting is incredible. They have to come out with a newer Initial D show with more updated cars and that would be pretty cool.
 
I watched all the seasons and the movie last year within 1 week.

It was AMAZING. One of the best Anime's ever.

I wanna watch Season 4 so badly. But no idea where to go.

I also love initial D . . . it's a simplistic forumal (bad animation + europop + racing), but it works so well. It just appeals to the little kid in you.

So I can't figure out why the hell they departed from it for the U.S. release and 4th stage.

In the U.S. release - superuropop was replaced with REALLY BAD rap . . . it's cringeworthy.

In 4th stage - the complete races are repalced with just "flybys" -- and the eurobeat has been replaced with incredibly generic techno. They flat out ruined the series.

Keep in mind the english version replaced the supereurobeat with rap -- you really want the fansubs (if you want to pay shipping I might have a non vcd version around here somewhere)

Something I've always wondered about Live-eviL -- on their credits page they have something like ELEVEN translators. Even the big name fansubbers have trouble getting 1 or 2 good ones, plus a few editors who have college level japanese and good english skills. I really wonder how they pulled that off.

Well only one song was played in the first episode if you don't count the intro/ending songs. The song is "Let's go come on" by Manuel and is in super eurobeat volume 146 iirc,
 
And here I am thinking your asking if anybody here has the letter D in their initials.

No, but I see the asians play the racing game at my school's arcade arena (mostly asians and this typical totally-in-love-with-japanese-anime white guy)
