I set a few of these up in various cities I have lived in, my last one was in Charlotte, NC. Anyone here local to Dayton interested in me settung up another?
 
I'm trying to get a head count before I determine particulars. If it's small, I could hold it at my house otherwise i'll need to shop for a location. My last one overflowed the hotel we had it at. We got one meeting room but they let us take over 2-3 more.
 
Good hygene is always preferred but I can't MAKE anyone shower. I can ask them to leave though if it is brought to my attention. I have had people escorted out before due to other circumstances. (Usually getting belligerent.)
 
All we pretty much do is set up and people can play whatever they want. Nothing really formal. Just to gather people up and have a good time!
