Colebert: I suggest asking on a Rav4 forum, or someone who owns a Rav4. They'll offer much better insight into the particular cars condition than any regular car enthusiast would.

Okie Dokie :)

From what I can see in the pictures, it looks pretty clean, inside and out. Can't beat Toyota reliablity.

I'm glad you're buying a crossover instead of a full sized suv. If the smaller one will fit and do everything you need, then why buy an Expedition to bring home groceries? Too bad soccer moms and the such see it differently. I can't stand the "bigger = better" mindset that people are infactuated with today.

However, are you sure you want a Black car? They're a PITA to keep clean and they get unbarably hot during the summer.

Goodluck with your purchase, and I hope it checks out just fine.

it too expensive for a 2000 rav4.. especially that the model change came that same year.

the 2000 rav4's were really tiny out back, i know i sat in one. $ for $ i would take teh CRV.
