Can anyone help a fella out?

i have now purchased TWO MB to try and get this cpu up, neither mb will post without a bios update but i don't have a cpu that will allow me to post this mb in order to update the bios.

any help would be appreciated.

how is that? since the mb that needs the bios update doesn't have a cpu that will power it up enough to even POST?
