im able to do physical activity, but it seems like i breath funny when i talk ... if i slow down my breathing, even hold my breath after talking for a long period it goes away.

not visibly hyperventilate, just not breathe properly. and i dont expect this to be normal lol, but maybe a few of you do.

Sometimes, yes, but only when I'm nervous. If I'm about to deliver a speech or something I'll likely hyperventilate an hour before the speech and maybe a short time into it, but it works itself out.

Shortness of breath and/or holding your breath during conversations is usually due to anxiety. I did it one time about 2 years ago and it scared the crap out of me. I felt like I forgot how to breathe... it seemed to happen subconsciously.

Anyways, I would consider seeing a doctor if there are other anxiety symptons as well.
