We had a going away lunch at Olive Garden today, and the subject of how Olive Garden prepare their foods came up. A very reliable source once told me that most of their entrees are made at one central location and they just ship the foods in pre-portioned frozen porch, they will just reheat the food with a mircowave and serve at your local Olive Garden. Is it true or just a myth? None of my coworkers would believe me. I thought this was a well known fact?
