I applied for a customer service position that they had advertised in the newspaper. I just received a phone call from a HR lady, I think. She asked me three questions, what was my availability (they're a 24/7 runned center), if I had any problems with working at their three call centers and on a scale of one to ten how proficient I am in Windows. I first gave myself a ten but recanted and said a nine.
She didn't say much about calling me back for an interview. All she said was that was all the questions she had and thank you. I hope I get a call back. I'd love to work there. I think the starting pay is around $11.95 or something along those lines. I gotta get out of my current job, and pronto.
The question I want to ask any TW employee is do they ONLY look for people who can be on schedule within a minutes notice? Do they employ college students? I told the rep I go to school twice a week and other than that I can be there all the time. I hope I get an interview, I'm sure I'd enjoy the work environment.
