Anyone here work for Time Warner doing tech support/customer service for RR?

Reason I ask is I have to take a "test" on Thursday for employment. I was just wondering if anyone knew what the test invovled. I'm not looking for answers but just seeing if anyone can give me any info on regards as to what is on it ie computers, customer service, etc. They did inform me to bring a calculator so I'm guessing math will be on the test.
