Anyone here work for Safelink wireless?

I am wondering if anyone here work or heard about for Safelink wireless service? I went to a job fair and they are hiring people to be their Independent Enrollment Specialist. Basically they are people who setup booth in supermarket/community center suppose to help people sign up for the free cell phone for low income family if they qualify. Doesn't seems too bad but they are trying get specialist to sign up 35 people per week. I personally do not see how it is possible in long term as there will only finite amount of people within a community
