Anyone here work for ebay?

I'm trying to do some research for a paper about Ebay and how they manage/motivate their employees, how they use teamwork/groupwork, leadership, stuff like that.

I'm having some trouble finding sources online so I was hoping someone here might be able to give me a little information.

I'd be surprised if eBay didn't have a "Cannot post about the company online" clause in its standard employment contract. But you might get a PM from someone, so here's a bump.
