I just got a job there, doesn't start til next week. I wanted some info on working there. I will be doing Customer Support for their USPS account.

I just got a job offer working for the City (Orem Utah). That job would be working outside and starts the same day as the Convergys one.

I'm having a hard time deciding between the two jobs. The Convergys job would be in doors, sit down kind of job, but I don't know much about working there. The Orem City job would be outdoors, and more manual labor, but I know what it's like to work there (my brother worked the same job for the last five years).

ANyway, if anyone's worked at COnvergys, tell how it was...

My brother did. I would ask, but hes in bed now.

From what I understand, its just regular tech support. I think this particular location did support for Dell or Lexmark, I forgot.
