Anyone here work at Compusa?

I am quitting my doorman/bellman job because of change of policy that makes my tips half of what they were.
I filled out an application there today and had an interview and have another on Wednesday. He said I would most likely be a Network Tech or Computer Tech (not sure). I hate looking for jobs so thats why i'm not gonna look for other jobs.
I am in school fulltime and they are hiring based on that i will work 20-30.
What are your thoughts?

Great Job and great company. However they just hired me, then didnt let me start because I didnt pass the background check. I have a stupid larceny 6th charge(im trying to get expunged, anyone know how I can go about that, let me know)that i got when i was in college 3 years ago. :brokenheart:

Isnt DUI a Felony. Mine was a misdeameanor in the 6th degree. WTF

So i am jsut stuck with that on my record, I really hope it doesnt follow me too far

 

I got busted with weed and paraphenalia (sp?) but my dad is a lawyer and my best man is a PO and they got me a great attorney in West Palm Beach. It got thrown out 😀.
Cost me a grand though 🙁, thought it would be for free but i guess my dad wanted to teach me a lesson.

I always like about things like that. "oh yeah, i'll be hear for more than a year and i can put in so so hours". I do it at first and then gradually do less and less according to my schedule. It doesn't always work, but sometimes it does.

 

I think you may be able to do that yourself.... Atleast in Florida you can.

I just had my juvenile records expunged (23 now). I was guilty of punching a hole in my closet door when I lived with my parents. I guess they wanted to teach me a lesson so they called the cops. Anyways, never really thought about it but I went ahead and went down to the juvenile court center in AZ, filled out an application (5 mins), left, then came back in a month for my hearing that lasted between 2:25pm and 2:27pm. My juvenile record was expuged. =D

a misdeameanor can be removed after 5 years as long as you havent been in any other trouble.
