Anyone here work at a dot.com company burning through crazy cash?

I'm looking for people working at one of the many companies that are burning through millions a year with no short term or even long-term profitability prospects Whats it like? Are you fearful for your job? What will you do next?

I just find it interesting, thats all I'm working at a new e-comm company but we are looking to turn a profit before the ceo goes looking for more money and I think in our area we just might do it.

i had a friend who worked at a company for a whole 2 months before the dot dot com company went under. he found another job afterwards, he is a programmer. no big deal heh.

Dunno, the balance sheet says $1 Billion. Its not a dot.com thank god since an average start up can burn through that much cash on espresso makers and ergonomic desks.
