Looking to pick up a IPhone but dont want to get stuck with a contract. Thinking a refurb might be the cheapest way to go

im thinking at least $275-$300 for an iphone 4 16GB. good way to do it if you dont want a contract.

The refurbs I looked at are the same price as a new phone with contract.
