Serious answer: hit the steam room after working out to relax all the muscles you just beat on. Grab a nice cool shower afterward and feel refreshed. I'd advise against doing the run-out-of-the-steam-room-and-jump-in-an-icy-pond thing unless you're into potential cardiac arrest. 😉
I don't get how steam rooms work. Isn't it a bad thing to raise your body temperature in a room where the humidity is too high for sweat to evaporate?
