Is it true that you can get unlimited downloads for $9.95 a month? If so, I'm tempted

The problem is there is not much information on their website. Looks like the only way to get to actual pricing/TOS you have to download their client, which I do not want to do at this time. It sounds like too good to be true, but I've read more then once that there's an unlimited downloading plan for $9.95 or so per month. If I can burn those to CD it would be worthwile to sign up for couple of months and put my DSL to good use.

I could be wrong on this, but I believe it's an unlimited streaming plan, not an unlimited downloading plan.
