Anyone here used Talk.com as their long distance service?

I was just wondering if anyone here has used Talk.com as their long distance service at all? Someone posted a hot deal the other day about their "Match Up" program, where they will reimburse you for all long distance charges with gift certificates to Amazon, GiftCertifcates.com and other places you choose every month. This basically means "free" long distance, being that you get full credit back to stores you can find useful stuff.

I think some people have had problems with talk.com though, and I am just wondering what peoples' experiences are with it?
