Saw it as an option when I ordered 2 things the other day, both check outs clearly said I would be charged on 12/4. I was on my bank today looking at transactions and BOOM both PAD's from Paypal are already pending and the amount has been debited from my account. I didn't see any fine print, do they do some sort of check after you submit an order then decide if you qualify?
