I was wondering if it can go faster than a 1.2 because thats what MSI website says my brother wants to upgrade to stay in the ballpark because alot of people are upgrading around here and we gotta be ready to kick ass at local LAN partys
 
I believe the limit for the MSI k7t Pro is 1.2ghz,anyway putting in a 1.3ghz if it did work would hardly be noticable,if you really want to upgrade get a faster video card or change the motherboard .
 
rev.10c of bios award 2.7 at the MSI support shows 1.3 supported by your board now, so flash it and it's race ready.
