Anyone here use the Gyration Ultra Cordless Optical Mouse? Does your emit a high frequency pitch that drives you nuts?

I've never used one.. but, I've been drooling over them for a while now.
how responsive are they?
Would they be good for games or or for surfing the web and office stuff?
 
I think they are very responsive (but then again I am not a gamer)...their "in-air" feature is great.
