The company I work for uses and extremely modified and user-unfriendly version of it, which, fortunately for me, I've been able to avoid having to use for the past three months. Why do you ask?

I just had a question on how other companies add their CSR's to the SD module. Do you have any experience in this.

Mine does been using it for three years... it is fully integrated with everthing we do at our company... Still drives me nutz though...

I have no experiance at it other then that I know it is done as a requirement by our customers.

Its a Enterprise Resource Planning computer system used in various industries.

I took a sponsored class in SAP R/3 in College (2 years ago).

I hated it. at that time there was a 33% successfull integration rate-- that was one of the highest for ERP's at that time. Hence- I hated it.
