anyone here use FlaskMPEG?

i'm trying to use flaskmpeg to convert mpegs to divx, and when i configure the divx codec, it lets me choose what bitrate i want, i try to set it at around 100, but after i flask it and the output file is made, it always ends up being around 34-38 kbps, anyone know why and how i can fix this?

flask is absolute SH|T!
use vdub, it should do this

i tried using virtual dub too, it does the same thing :\

i tried unistnalling my divx codec, and installing different versions (5.01, 5.02) and still didnt work, not sure whats wrong :\

lower the maximum quantizer to 2 (min and max should both be 2)
increase the maximum quantizer if the file is too large
