Anyone here use eVGA's Step up program ?

Really dont think I will bother. As sad as this sounds I think my CPU is holding me back. The CPU is an A64@2200Mhz with 1GB of PC3200 memory and a raptor drive.

Not sure about step-up, but I had to RMA my first 6800GT and eVGA took about 2 days from reciept of the card to send out the replacement. The GT's are listed as out-of-stock on eVGA's site, so I'm not sure how that will affect your step-up.

Out of stock huh ... mmmm ... well maybe I'll get lucky and they will send me a Ultra instead ! ... lol .. probably have to wait it out then but I'll post back when it gets here. Using my old Apple G4 350MHz for now for cruzing the net.

I also have a 6800nu, and considered stepping-up to the gt. Mid October sometime is my deadline. Not sure if I'll do it or not, though. I had always planned to, but I'm not quite sure if the $100 is worth it to me right now.

Just received the UPS tracking # from eVGA today. Going to get here Tuesday. Although they had stock issues, it only delayed shipping my GT by a couple days after all. I was expecting it to be a week or more.
