Checking their site... They seem to be cheaper across the board for all types of delivery (Ground, 2-day, overnight)

Anyone use them over Fedex/Ups?

If you do, you're dumb.

They suck, a place i used to work for used to get all there stuff in through them, and they were very inaccurate and had many lost packages and late packages

I ship Airborne Express 95% of the time with my eBay packages (20 or so a month). Cheaper shipping rates, faster ground service, and OfficeMax regularly has 50% off or Free (up to $10 value) shipping for Airborne.

Never had a problem with them.

Mind giving a reason, or do you just like to just type for the hell of it.

My dad worked in a mailroom for 29 years and said he's had the most trouble (lost packages; damages) with Airborne Express and I've had my own turmoil with them with them tearing up our driveway one winter day. I also think their trucks look like sh!t without any hubcaps on them.

I used them exclusively for three years with no problems. Been using Fedex for two years now, still no problems.

I have used the Airborne Express kiosk at Office MAX many times with the coupons in the past.
With the Office max coupons, the prices are very competitive. So far I have had very good experiences with them.
Another plus- I was expecting a pkg & I missed 2 delivery attempts and was easily able to pickup my pkg afterwork (6-8pm) at their drop-off station , on the same day the 2nd delivery attempt was made.

I have had previous troubles intercepting missed-deliveries with other carriers.

i use airborne express.

btw read their fine print. it's a bit more to ship via airborne, but their customer service is superb.

If you miss them for a delivery, you can call their distribution office and they'll page the driver to come back for a 2nd time the same day.

I opened an accnt with them because they kick major ass~
btw Airborne Express 2nd day delivery = usually next day delivery. Ground shipping is similar too. Mine always get upgraded to next day air.

Airborne express is awesome. Who gives a rats ass what the trucks look like.

They are lower priced and have always done right by me. I have my FedEx accounts (ground and express) as a backups now.

They suck! Every time they deliver something from Dell, they never try to ring the door! WTF! I was inside the house, but how do I know if they were at the door if they didn't ring the door! Stupiest employees I've ever seen!

Dell uses AE for their overnight and same day deliveries. They are pretty damn good about getting the product to the dropoff point.
