anyone here use a wacom tablet?

😀

Yepper, I've been using one for 10 years now, maybe longer. They're top notch, make drawing and double-clicking (double-tapping), highlighting and general wrist-numbing chores much less harmful to your bod. I'd do whatever you can to pop the bucks to get one, it'll revolutionize your general computing ergonomics comfort as well as make any digital imaging or drawing intuitive instead of mouse-impossible.

I've got a 6x8 Intuos. The Art-Z 6x8 pad I had before that ran without a hitch for 8 years. The drivers were constantly updated, in the early PC years they were pretty funky, but these days everything be super cool. Wacom is a great company, very professional and committed to pen graphics. You can't go wrong. (no, I don't work for them. I do write articles for PC Photo magazine and get to play with lots of products, but I bought my Wacom and never regretted it.)

Here's another plug for it, I haven't tried any others, bought my current one refurbished, and don't plan on ever buying another one. That's how good this sucker is... definitely a worthwhile investment.
