I have this card and usually pay my credit card bills online. I formatted my hd yesterday and I can't find the website for it. I google it and it returns nothing I want to see. anyone?

Also, I think all accoutns have been transferred over to Bankone.

Yep, got my notification a few months back, received my Bankone card a week ago.

Yea, I think the new card looks better then the citi one. 🙂 I've always had good experiences with Citi though. If Bankone gives me any trouble, I'll have to use all my points and just get another citi card.

Bankone even gave me a call like 3 days after you were supposed to activate to make sure I got it. Points for them so far.

Bankone? They transferred my old Sony card to Citibank Diamond Preferred Entertainment card. Is that being transferred to Bankone also?

I think the new card sucks. It looks more plain and generic. Why is it that neither of them has the real Sony logo on it? Instead, they both have used a plain font.

Mine got transferred to BankOne, I haven't even bothered to activate the card yet.

I liked CitiBank, dammit.

Mine also got transferred to Citibank Diamond Preferred card. I think there's more shopping selections with this card.

I got transferred over to BankOne as well. What sucks most is that I memorized my old CitiBank number for online purchases so now I have to work on memorizing this new number...

it is NOT a good thing to memorize your cc number lol

Thanks for the heads up....now it's time for me to use my points and cancel the card. I liked Citibank. What would you get w/ 70,000 points?

I have memorized a few CC# as well...I'll forget them soon, now that I have the Autofill feature with the google toolbar

whats the website for the rewards now? i think its down last time I checked while transferring to bank one.

anyone gotten any decent rewards or goodies? Everything in the catalogs are a rip off (if you assume 1 pt is 1 cent which is reasonable).

I had 2 rewards cards - the Sony card and a Borders card. One was Citi and the other was FirstUSA. Now they've both moved to BankOne. The Borders card didn't change numbers, so I kept that one and finally canceled the old Sony card. Since you need around five million points to get anything decent, I won't miss it.

mine transfered fine. i like the newer card... heh. not sure about bankone tho... but i hate citibank in general for screwing me over in student loans.. or nearly screwing me over

Did anyone catch the ad on tv with the phone number to call to get 2500 bonus points when you make your first purchase on the card? I called 877-717-7669 and 866-422-6566 but they said that there is no mention of the promotion. There was a different number on tv, but I can't recall what it was. If any of you know it, or know of a way to get the 2500 points on my first purchase, I would greatly appreciate the information. Thanks.

I moved over to the BankOne card as well... I also really liked Citi. I'm shopping around for a new card right now. I just realized after a few years of having a Sony card that I've never once redeemed the points, and I really don't own any Sony stuff. That combined with the fact that this is now a BankOne card is enough to make me consider one of the million credit card offers I get daily.
