Trying to get my C-Pen 200 connected to Win98 via their Infared Device that I bought with it. I have had it working with Win98 before, say 4-5 months ago and now since college is goin again I need it to work! 
The closest I have gotten is that the C-Pen itself will show a sign of communication when the Infared Device blinks but they won't "connect".
Any advice would be great!
