At your age? You could break something, old man! :p
Yeah, I'm finding that out unfortunately. I had a dental implant 6m-1yr ago and my last xray shows that much of the bone around it has eroded.

I suspect that my magnesium supplants are at least partly to blame. I don't understand the biochemistry but apparently, Mg and Ca only work in tandem. As I recall, there are a few nutrients like that - that have "partners" so to say. So it seems that I may have caused an imbalance by doing that and the body needed to scavenge the Ca from someplace - hey, skeleton, how's it hangin' bro?

I'll be turning 39 soon. I can't believe I'm this old. I still feel like I'm 20 lol. Starting to get some white in my beard though.

shoot, my beard turned gray by the time i was 35. i had to shave it off to make myself feel younger!

not that i feel young anymore. my hip is screwed up from some bizarre incident which happened when i nonchalantly got out of my car and twisted it in a weird way last year.

now i can't cross my leg, can barely get down and up from the floor, and can't play golf without my hip feeling miserable for days. i feel 80!

My guess is that gray hair, getting earlier rather than later, is probably an evolutionary adaptation - fake the chicas out.

My beard turned completely gray quite a while ago but not so much the head hair. Hope it stays that way.

You seen a doctor about it yet? That doesn't sound good.
