i know a few people on zoloft. side effects can be severe. the drug takes about
three weeks to wash from the body

No, but you should have told me you wanted some, I was just in Tijuana and they sell that crap by the carton. I got some Retin-A and MetroGel for like $4 each. :)

my mother does for migraines...

fatigue\drowsiness... comes to mind...

uh, if i did not know my mother, i'd say it causes a total loss of cognitive reasoning...

It couldn't be any worse than BuSpar, I qwiver just typing that name

each person varies... I took buspar & had no side effects...

zoloft in general has quite a few startup ( first 6 weeks or so ) side effects... most are countered by a benzo type med ( valium, klonopin, xanax, etc )

some of the side effects are not countered, however.

redly, first off, you need to test your own tolerance to the medication. i can list the side effects i've seen, both severe and mild, not to mention the withdrawal symptoms, but that would only serve to scare you further. you should know within a short period what negative reaction you have to the new drug. the positive effects, if any, curiously take longer to be realized. if you
need to know, then a simple search through yahoo will open the flood gates for you. methinks it wouldn't be productive though.
