Anyone here take GABA supplements? I've noticed some odd changes in my behaviour...

I've been taking gaba supplements (2.1g daily) for about a year now and I'm noticing some weird effects on my state of mind.
I'm a very calm and composed guy, but lately I've had some really strange anxiety/almost jealousy episodes revolving around the girls that I'm seeing (it's been going on for a while). For some reason I get very anxious and needy and what not and it's to the point where I can hardly focus and all... any ideas?

I've decided to stop taking that stuff... I'm scaring the crap out me

edit: just to throw in, I have no history of panic attacks / depression/ anxiety disorder or anything... and I can tell when I get in that state of mind and it definitely seems like a chemical imbalance of sorts. Weird...

Wait, you dont play for the MLB or NFL do you? It might be on their banned substances list. Better check it out!
