So I took 75mg this morning before my workout, and now Im dying here at work, crashing really hard, and cannot stop yawning. I usually take it all at once, figured it's best that way for fat burning ect. Would I still get the same results if I split it up 25mg/3 times a day?
 
One time I took a whole bottle of it. I proceeded to really flip out and die of a heat attack. It was probably one of my memorable seppukus.

8mg suggested dose.

If your using it as a supplement for working out, 50-100mg a day is the usual dose.
 
I worked nights as a server op and used to live on "Yellow Jackets" and coffee. The original Yellow Jackets had both ephedrine as well as caffeine, IIRC. They became ephedra free after the ban...not sure if they once again make the old kind.

I'd take one (30mg?) at the start of the shift then one right before I got off and went to the gym. Eventuall my doses doubled.

I built up a huge tolerance to them and one day I totally flipped out; like, I thought I was having a heart attack. I actually went in to the ER. They just told me to stop taking them and that I'd had a panic attack.

75mg at once sounds like a lot...although certain people are affected differently by it.

Pretty sure that is for the entire day though. I do not use it but taking more than 25mg at a time is probably not a great idea.
 
Yes for many years without abusing. Im sure someone has something to say about that but I am asthmatic. Spelling?

More is not better. More is DEAD or worse living with heart conditions.

You would stand less of a chance of having heart palpitations/attack if you split it up through the day.

Its extremely bad to take more than 25mg at a several hour interval. I suspect you live in LA. Where some idiot in the gym is telling you he takes 10 before his workout. A guy there actually said that to me. He is dead now. From a heart attack 3 months later.

While more might seem like a solution its not. Kick off for a month or so and come back if you need to. Rather see you posting in a few months that do something really bad.
 
Ephedrine HCI is sold in Virginia, Delaware, and North Carolina. Many truck stops and gas stations has it. Truckers use it all the time to stay awake. I cant speak for other states.

MaHuang Does not become Ephedra/Ephedrine. No matter what the genius at GNC thinks. He is not a pharmacist.

Ephedrine is not banned or gray market. Its sold over the counter.

It was only illegal as Pure Ephedrine HCI. Because druggies would turn it into pure forms of speed. Then they mixed it with inert ingredients so if you tried to convert it to speed it wouldnt. Then it got a bad rap because idiots in LA started popping them like candies and the rest of the idiots of the US followed. Kids in High School started dying and it dissapeared off shelves in certain states. (New Jersey). But it was not illegal to have.

Its still about 7.00 a bottle for 30 tablets. My local hess station sells them.

NO I WILL NOT MAIL YOU THEM. DONT ASK. Ephedrine is a use at your own risk. Some are more sensitive than others.
