Nocturnal
Lifer
It's basically pressure of the ulnar (funny bone) nerve. It happens to guitar players, people who rest their elbows on a flat surface over an extended period of time and what not.
I kinda have it. I used to always rest my left elbow on my desk and it took a toll. Now days I no longer do that. However, I can easily tell that it is irritated (the nerve) usually by touching the area I can feel the nerve being touched.
Anyway, just thought I'd ask and see if anyone else has this problem. If so, what do you do to minimize the damage to the nerve? I know surgery is an option but I don't think mine is that bad yet. I am trying my hardest just not to stress the nerve at all but it seems rather hard sometimes.
