Anyone here sleepwalk?

I've always had sleep problems, but apparently they're getting way worse lately. I've been sleepwalking every night. I've even put stuff infront of the doors and I've apparently been moving it out of the way, leaving my room, and wandering around the house.

Anyone know of any way to curb this?
