Anyone here running a dedicated half life server on Linux platform?

Just wondering. I'm a rookie 'nixer and was wondering how to run this program one it's finished downloading.

It's a complete binary so I'm assuming that I can just copy it to /usr/local/bin and type the name of the file from the command prompt, is this correct?
